"Interesting new product to develop on behalf of a prestigious customer!"
Contexte
We are proud to have designed a high-performance air-conditioning system for the prestigious Musée de la Marine. This project presented unique technical challenges related to the preservation of varied and fragile works of art.
arrow_right The challenges:
- Precise temperature and humidity conditions: Each showcase requires very precise temperature and humidity conditions to prevent deterioration of the artwork it contains.
- Discreet integration: Small air handling units need to be discreetly positioned under the display cases.
- Noise reduction: Rigorous acoustic constraints to avoid disrupting visitors' experience.
arrow_right Our solution:
We developed 9 customized air handling units (AHUs), incorporating ultrasonic humidifiers, and connected to a chilled water loop. Designed to be discreet and efficient, these AHUs guarantee :
- Precise dehumidification: Humidity is maintained at an ideal level to protect works of art from mildew and corrosion.
- Optimum filtration: High-efficiency filters trap particles and VOCs, ensuring air purity.
- Perfectly adaptable: Thanks to a compact design and precise choice of components, our solution integrates harmoniously and discreetly into any display case, whatever its size.
- Easy to maintain: our AHUs' components are accessible from the front for easy maintenance.
Works of art are now displayed in a perfectly controlled environment. This guarantees their preservation for future generations. This project is a concrete example of our ability to innovate and adapt our technical solutions to the specific needs of cultural heritage.
