Several departments organized around your project
To begin with, our sales department takes charge of your business. Our experienced technical sales staff listen to your needs and analyze your requirements. They work with you to draw up an initial estimate of the solution, which is then refined by the design office and finally confirmed by the technical department. What's more, you'll be supported throughout the project, from solution design to on-site commissioning, either by a sales representative or a dedicated account manager.
The engineering department designs a customized system
The Engineering Department designs the optimum solution by considering all the components of the air-conditioning system. In this way, they are able to provide you with a personalized, well-argued response for all your projects, even the most complex.
Optimum sizing: Create a refrigeration diagram and perform business calculations to determine the components required for the final solution.
Consider air flows and size ventilation equipment to optimize the final solution, taking pressure drops into account.
Design of dedicated circuits to cool systems using the energy released by different fluids.
Define and dimension the overall structure of the final solution with precision and reliability (seismic resistance, etc.). Perform physical calculation simulations.
Develop the software to be integrated into the solution, which will automate certain actions according to customer needs (energy savings).
Create the electrical diagram that oversees the entire solution (control/command), including a safety loop: trip the circuit in the event of danger.

We design air and fluid handling solutions "from scratch", i.e. we start from 0. Our aim is to provide you with a solution that's totally adapted to your needs, in terms of heat output, dimensions and various certifications. What's more, our activity in several sectors and our experience have enabled us to position ourselves as experts in air-conditioning systems.
Our project managers will provide you with all the documentation you need, according to your requirements:

Feasibility study: Carrying out a complete inventory of everything that can and can't be done in relation to your project, your requirements and your constraints.

Mechanical stress studies: If required, CAP2i can commission a detailed study of the mechanical constraints of your solution from trusted subcontractors.

FMECA studies: Reliability and criticality. The aim is to analyze the solution's design and manufacturing processes in order to anticipate potential failures and non-conformities as effectively as possible, by adopting appropriate countermeasures.

PED risk analysis : All equipment used in the design of the solution complies with standards relating to the Pressure Equipment Directive.
