Test Cabin Manager

"The test cabin means having at heart to guarantee the conformity of the equipment that goes out, to make sure it complies with our quality standards."

Several departments organized around your project

The technicians in our Test Cabin carry out the various tests on your solution. The aim is to deliver a tailor-made system that is tested and qualified according to your needs. Our experienced after-sales service operators then fine-tune your system on site, setting precise, customized parameters.

The Test Cabin tests all our air and fluid handling solutions

All machines leaving our workshop are tested according to the instructions in the manufacturing file, which is supplied and completed by all CAP2i departments. These include design reviews, manufacturing documents and test procedures, which give rise to an exhaustive record of information.

The tests concern the machine's various components and your performance requirements. At each stage of production (assembly, piping, insulation, electricity, etc.), as well as on delivery, specific checks are carried out. Our operators check pressures, verify temperatures and challenge the robustness of all our solutions, thanks to high-performance equipment that is regularly calibrated.

The primary objective of the Test Cabin is therefore to ensure the reliability and conformity of our air-conditioning solutions to our specifications and quality criteria.

CAP2i pilots qualification procedures

CAP2i manages qualification procedures, whether carried out in-house or by our subcontractors. These are the most advanced tests we can carry out to guarantee that our solutions will work, even under extreme conditions.

Indeed, depending on the sector of activity, requirements and constraints differ: the specifications provide us with a list of precise qualification procedures to be respected and completed. In the service sector, for example, our Test Cabin carries out factory inspections without any particular specifications, unless requested by the customer. In other sectors, such as defense, nuclear or IT, customer requirements, qualifications and clearance levels differ. CAP2i therefore undertakes to supply, respect and scrupulously complete the documents agreed with the customer, to ensure that all our solutions work in any situation.

Qualifications for quality solutions

Our operators must have cross-disciplinary skills, enabling them to understand and grasp the various components (refrigeration, ventilation, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, control) of our solutions. The control and qualification procedures for our systems are very demanding, so it's essential to be rigorous and committed. Pre-requisite certifications include "Fluid handling" and "Electrical clearance".

In addition, with a view to continuous improvement, they undergo regular training to acquire new knowledge and maintain their clearance levels.

  • Mechanical clearances
  • Soldering clearance
  • CACES: Forklift handling
  • SCN1 - Nuclear Knowledge Level 1
  • RP1 - Radiation Protection Level 1
  • PR1 - Risk Prevention Level 1
  • CSQ - Complementary Safety Quality

Technical Manager

"I like going on site, and seeing the customer. We listen to each other and understand each other better, and communication is more accessible. We make made-to-measure machines, which can be complex, so the important thing is to be present and responsive, to give solutions, not leave the customer in the lurch."

Full support through our after-sales service

CAP2i has a dedicated after-sales service department, in line with the continuity of our various businesses. This department is made up of skilled and experienced operators, who travel all over France to provide you with the best possible support. With their cross-disciplinary skills, they develop and maintain your equipment on site.

Fine-tuning
Once the air and fluid handling solution has been installed on your premises, our after-sales service team comes to fine-tune it. In other words, the system is started up on site, taking account of actual conditions and setting precise parameters. The aim is to perfectly meet your needs by fine-tuning the various air, refrigeration and hydraulic components of your new machine.

Interventions
Our after-sales service can travel to you to carry out warranty and non-warranty repairs. The aim is to analyze the cause of the problem and provide the appropriate solutions: changing compressors, adapting settings or making electrical modifications, our operators have the necessary skills to troubleshoot your refrigeration systems.

Operational checks
Every year, our technicians check the condition and operation of your machines to ensure their longevity. They check the performance and quality of components. The aim is also to inform your maintenance teams of potential system upgrades, prevent accidents, and answer any questions you may have.

Retrofit
The idea is to be able to adapt new technologies to our systems, whether old or new. Our after-sales service can therefore upgrade your solutions at your request, replacing components with new ones. A skilled technician can, for example, replace an obsolete control system with a more modern one.

Feedback
After-sales service is a vector of external and internal communication. The many exchanges they have with customers are invaluable: the aim is to gather feedback on our systems, so that we can constantly improve our solutions. Indeed, CAP2i advocates continuous improvement, as much for its various businesses as for its air and fluid handling solutions.

A constant search for new talent

Whether in the Test Cabin or the After-Sales Service Department, CAP2i regularly recruits and trains new staff. Always ready to welcome qualified operators, CAP2i makes every effort to establish good working conditions and promote a context of constant monitoring, in order to remain at the cutting edge of innovation.
