The data controller is responsible for implementing the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure and demonstrate that processing is carried out in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
For the purposes of this website, the data controller is CAP2i, a SASU with share capital of 40,000 euros, registered with the Versailles Trade and Companies Register under number 441 734 902, whose registered office is located at 13 rue de Beauce, 78500 Sartrouville.
CAP2i is represented by its Chairman and CEO, Erik Sabatier.

cloudHosting personal data
Hosting on a dedicated server of the personal data collected as part of this service is outsourced to 1&1 Internet, a cloud infrastructure company that complies with the CISPE code of conduct.
The CISPE code of conduct aims to help customers ensure that their cloud infrastructure provider adheres to appropriate personal data protection standards in line with the General Data Protection Regulation. Cloud providers who comply with the provisions of the code of conduct undertake to give customers the choice of storing and processing all their data within the European Economic Area. Providers must also undertake not to access or use their customers' personal data for their own purposes, in particular for data mining, profiling or direct marketing.

CAP2i retains a user's personal data for 2 years or if the user requests CAP2i to delete his/her data, in accordance with the law.

For statistical purposes, CAP2i uses the Google Analytics service, which deposits information files (cookies) on the user's terminal.
If the "Do Not Track" function is not activated, the user may refuse to accept Google Analytics cookies by clicking on the "Refuse" button at the bottom of the page. Otherwise, the tracking of statistics is activated.
Users can modify their preferences at any time by deleting the "hasContent" cookie (value TRUE or FALSE, 13-month retention period) in their web browser settings (please refer to the relevant browser user guide for further details).
