Several departments organized around your project
The Purchasing Department is responsible for ordering the various system components from our approved suppliers. Then it's the turn of the Manufacturing Department, which assembles the air and fluid handling solution according to the instructions of the Design Office and the Technical Department, while taking into account customer requirements. Our teams ofpurchasers, fitters, pipe fitters and electricians work together to produce the most optimized solution for your needs, with the right materials and within the allotted time. The unique nature of each CAP2i solution makes the work particularly demanding.

1. Our purchasing department
CAP2i manufactures made-to-measure solutions, from prototypes to small series, which translates into dedicated purchasing. Based on feedback from the Design Office (coding system and production file), our Purchasing Department places the various orders that will enable us to assemble your future cooling system in a precise and totally customized way.
2. Qualified suppliers
Depending on the sector of activity, we have more or less specific requirements. For example, in the nuclear sector, CAP2i is committed to working only with audited and ISO 19443-certified suppliers. Indeed, the components used to assemble an air and fluid handling solution for the nuclear sector must withstand numerous constraints, including earthquakes, extreme temperatures and electromagnetic attacks.
In addition, CAP2i maintains a relationship of trust and proximity with its suppliers. For reasons of transport, and therefore energy savings, we give priority to proximity. Moreover, since quality is our priority, we also aim to safeguard our partnerships.

The production workshop assembles components with precision
We've been designing and assembling air and fluid conditioning systems from A to Z for over 40 years. Our 1500 m² production workshop is divided into several islands to enable us to work more efficiently. A CAP2i solution goes through a number of different manufacturing stages. Each of these steps is carried out by an experienced technician and then checked by an authorized operator. This work flow, which remains iterative and adaptive according to needs, ensures that our production runs smoothly and is of the highest quality.
Assembly of structural sheet metal components.

Production of electrical boards and assembly of components.
Tests and validation of the solution under different conditions.
Tailor-made organization
Our working methodologies can be adapted to suit each project and the needs of the Atelier. In fact, the prism of made-to-measure work means that we are regularly updating our production processes. For this reason, we have implemented a "lean" organization with one of our customers. The aim is to eliminate waste by reorganizing our environment and our movements. This has enabled us to cut the assembly time of an ACU (Air Conditioning Unit) by a factor of three, particularly for our small production runs.
A constant search for new talent
CAP2i regularlyrecruits and trains staff in-house, in all trades: pipefitters, fitters, electricians and so on. These professions are technical, complex and in demand. For pipe fitters in particular, this means knowing how to handle pressurized equipment safely, as well as assembly and inspection safety rules, and how to read refrigeration and electrical diagrams, etc.
